At this stately house on the Van Hogenhoucklaan, for example, only the window frames and roof mouldings at the front and back of the house needed painting. Also with this building, in the Haagse Benoordenhout, we called on the help and expertise of Alexandria Garantie Aannemers, for repairs to the zinc work and brick balustrade of the terrazzo. However, the biggest challenge for our decorators and Master Painters was the interior of this house; due to water damage, the indoor paintwork needed to be restored here and there. Because the residents no longer knew the colour status of the current coat of paint, we custom reproduced it. This meant it was not necessary to paint the entire space, only the damaged spots, which ultimately saved on costs. In consultation with the customer we chose Sikkens products for this project, including the five-year guarantee label from OnderhoudNL.
