The new owners – Expats, as is often the case in the vibrant international hub of The Hague – wanted to see different techniques used in this gorgeous building. We completed this extraordinary job in close cooperation with Alexandria Garantie Aannemers. In this instance, we chose Sikkens products for both the paintwork and topcoat. We have also worked with Sikkens for years to our satisfaction. For the so-called specifications (taking the measurements in the space and deciding on the right order for the tasks) we also made use of the services of Sikkens. As Master Painters we rise to every challenge. Because, the not everyday painting jobs make sure we not only have variety and enjoyment, it also gives us the opportunity to put our expertise into practice. In this premises the challenge lay in perfecting the paintwork around the PVC window frames. In order to achieve the right colour, the correct pigment combination for the topcoat paint had to be mixed on the spot. And mixed again, and again until it was exactly the same colour as the PVC. The complete result of the renovation, the paintwork and the craftsmanship and hopefully of course also the joy, can be seen in the photos of the building that were taken shortly after delivery.
